I'm Jennifer Hilton, and I started this site during a period of career transition. I want to share those transformative stories. I want to share my story and the stories of others that are bold and strive towards a sense of good. And we all know what good looks like even in this world of upheaval. I want to share what I’ve learned over the course of my career: the good I’ve contributed to, the lessons learned when I didn’t listen to good advice, and the moments of being disillusioned. I want to be a lifelong learner of the many perspectives of good.

My hope is that good is about being boldly authentic. I hope good leads us to a more just and equitable world, a sense of belonging for all, and above all else, that good is collaborative and less divisive. And, even when it all feels elusive, I will write this life. I want to write, create, and live a bold good life into existence.
